Thursday Night Open Practice
Our Thursday Night Open Practices is a fun bowling environment where all
students of Binghamton University are welcome. Thursday nights are a great time to come down and enjoy bowling with friends and sharpen your skills. Throughout the
semester we run social events and friendly competitions. This is a non-commitment event, so anyone can come at any time!
2022-2023 Price: $5 for 3 games

When: Thursdays @ 9:45pm. Rides are given to those on campus from Mohawk Hall @ 9:25pm
Sport Shot League
One of our most popular activities that we run: our weekly BU Sport Shot League! In our
league teams of 3 to 4 compete for 3 games a week on different collegiate sport shot oil patterns. Sport shot patterns are more tricky oil patterns, where your
room for error is significantly decreased.
Bowlers of all skill levels are welcome to challenge themselves, improve their game, and have fun. Bowling on them is a great way to improve your game.
Our league requires commitment. Members are required to make most of the league nights and pay for all the league weeks (even ones you don't attend).

The Binghamton Competitive Bowling Team looks to bring the highest level of collegiate bowling to our bowlers. We compete in numerous USBC Certified Collegiate tournaments throughout the school year to the best of our ability in order to make Sectionals. Skill evaluations are held each year in order to determine our roster. The college bowling season runs from September through February, with the postseason extending into April. Wednesday Night Practice
This night we will be working with our Coach Sammy Ventura. He is a PBA 50 professional
bowler who is a storm staffer. Together with Sammy we will be working on the more detailed parts of our game and improving for upcoming tournaments throughout the
semester. This event is a commitment and if you are part of the team you are required to go to all the practices you are able to attend.
